At Mel's Militaria we strive to be prompt, affordable, fair, flexible, knowledgeable, fair and HONEST.
In order to serve (and protect) EVERYONE there are some guidelines we look for people to follow:
PAYMENT
Paypal or Google Wallet are the easiest and most efficient way to pay. It enables you to pay with a major credit card, or your established account, and you have all of the benefits and protections provided by these services.
We do accept Money Orders/ Cashier's checks and in these cases we would like to receive payment within 5 mailing days of ordering. If there are problems, delays or questions, please contact us. If we do not hear from you within that period, the item will be re-stocked.
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of payment - most likely sooner. Orders will be shipped by USPS and will be specific to the order. As some items are unique, our shipping terms will vary by item. If you require different shipping terms please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate .
INSURANCE
Insurance is optional but recommended. We are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged after shipping. Contact us for insurance quotes.
RETURNS
We hope to do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and would very much prefer to have questions asked, pictures sent, etc. before you make a purchase. However, if that is not the case, and there is something you are not satisfied with, please contact us immediately!! In the case of a return, we would like to hear from you within 14 days upon receipt of your item.
To receive credit for a return, the item must be returned in it's original condition before shipping, and shipped at buyer's expense.
